Makes 4 wraps
In small bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, garlic powder, pepper and salt; mix well. Place tortillas on flat surface and evenly spread sour cream mixture over each, leaving 1 inch around outer edges. Sprinkle romaine evenly among tortillas, covering entire sour cream mixture. Arrange 6 slices salami overlapping in row down center of each tortilla; top with 3 slices fresh mozzarella, 3 slices tomato and 3 basil leaves. Fold in one end of tortilla and roll each tightly; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
